These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made through our webshop.
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

<h3>3. Offer and Agreement</h3>

All offers are non-binding. An agreement is concluded once you receive a shipping confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

<h3>4. Prices and Payment</h3>

All prices are stated in euros (€) and include VAT, excluding shipping costs unless stated otherwise.
We accept payments via iDeal, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Bancontact, Giropay, and Klarna.

<h3>5. Delivery</h3>

We ship worldwide using trusted carriers such as PostNL, DHL, and DPD.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers.

<h3>6. Right of Withdrawal (EU)</h3>

<p><strong>You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.</strong></p>

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you receives the goods.
</p>

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (LEBASQ B.V., info@lebasq.com) of your decision by means of a clear statement.

You must return the goods within 14 days after notifying us. The direct cost of returning the goods is at your expense.
</p>

We will reimburse all payments received, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery).

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back.
</p>

<h3>7. Return Policy (Additional)</h3>

In addition to the legal right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary return period of 30 days.
Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

<h3>8. Refunds</h3>

Refunds will be processed within 7 days after receiving the returned goods using the original payment method.

<h3>9. Warranty</h3>

We apply the statutory warranty. This means that a product must meet what the consumer may reasonably expect from it.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount of the order.
