Yes. You can create your return by clicking here. Returns from The Netherlands, Belgium and Germany are free of charge, within 30 days of delivery. For other countries we can provide a return label for €9.95.

With 'Pay later' you pay for your order afterwards, once you have received it and decided to keep it. That way you never pay for what you return. You fill in your name, address, place of residence and e-mail address, and you pay when it suits you within the 14-day payment period.
