Do you offer free shipping?
For the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, shipping is €5.95 for orders under €50, and free for orders from €50.
For all other countries we ship to, shipping is €6.95 and free for orders from €69.

How long will it take to get my order?
Orders to the Netherlands take one to two working days. Belgium and Germany take two to five working days. Other countries take two to seven working days.
Order before 21:00 for same-day shipping to the Netherlands and Belgium. You will receive a tracking code as soon as your order has been shipped.
Do you offer free returns?
Yes. You can create your return by clicking here. Returns from The Netherlands, Belgium and Germany are free of charge, within 30 days of delivery. For other countries we can provide a return label for €9.95.
How do I choose the right size?
All our T-shirts come in sizes M to 3XL, and every product page has a size chart with the exact width and length. Our Regular Fit is already a little longer than a traditional T-shirt; our Long Fit is 3–6 cm longer again, with the same width. Full details in our size guide.
How do I care for my LEBASQ products?
Wash inside out at max 30°C with similar colours, avoid the tumble dryer and dry flat to keep shape and length, and iron on low heat if needed. Full guidance is in our Care & Washing Guide.

What is Lyocell?
Lyocell is made from eucalyptus trees that don't need much water, any pesticides, or even healthy soil, which makes it an environmentally friendly material. It also takes less water to produce than cotton, and 99% of the chemicals used in processing can be recovered and recycled. Learn more here.
