Your withdrawal has been received. We'll confirm it by email within 24 hours on business days, with instructions for returning your items.

What happens next
- You'll receive a confirmation of your withdrawal by email.
- Send the items back within 30 days via our return portal. Returns are free in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. For other countries, €9,95 is deducted from your refund.
- We refund you within 7–10 business days after we receive your return.
